New changes to the Ontario Securities Commission approach to Cease Trade Orders!!!!!!
Investors if you purchase ANY securities governed under the Ontario Securities Act(OSC) be very wary....
the OSC no longer issues DELINQUENT FILER NOTICE to the general public. In addition the OSC has started to really crack down
on any Company who is Delinquent on ANY filings.
What this means to you and me is we could be holding a stock which could be CEASE traded at any moment without notice BUT
the OSC….WILL NOT TELL YOU UNTILL AFTER THEY HALT THE STOCK . It is up to you to find out if your Company is up to date
on ALL its filings. Or kiss your investment goodbye!!!!
NOT giving notice is akin to allowing insiders free reign with INSIDE INFORMATION
I don't want buy some insiders stock before the company gets HALTED and a DELISTING???
If anyone is as concerned as me? I DON'T WANT TO GET MY COMPANY STATUS FROM A PROMOTER DO YOU???
