anyone know?

just a question for anyone that might know. If they are offering .20 in october whats the chances that we will see higher and also what happens to shares we already own will they be converted to other company stock or what? Reason being if their stock price is high for example and you have 20000 shares you might end up with an odd lot like 67. From what i know you pay more in transaction costs when dealing with odd lots thus cutting into profit.Don't really know myself please help. thx in advance.

From what I've read, we're getting paid the $.20 but until we see the offer it's hard to say.
