Hikmet Akin, President of RPT Uranium Corp. ("RPT" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RPT) announces that they and Canaccord Capital Corporation have agreed to increase the offering size related to the brokered financing announced on May 7, 2007. The offering will now consist of 15,000,000 units at $0.40 per unit for gross proceeds of $6,000,000. The Overallotment Option will remain unchanged, allowing the Agent to solicit subscriptions for additional proceeds of up to $2,000,000 by offering up to an additional 5,000,000 units.
