Encouraging Good morning all .. I am encouraged by the developments in RPT .. There are lots of opportunities to develop this company and it is now gushing cash .. In a 12 month cycle we would have enough cash to re-complete the well that was suspended. That being said, I like the joint venture idea better .. Keep our powder dry and have a partner drill the offshore wells for an interest .. That's where I think we get the biggest lift.
The interim team is working on it .. We will see what crystallizes .. If they do decide to sell the company, the longer we wait the better as cash keeps building on the balance sheet, and we cetainly wouldn't want to sell it on the half price rack .. It's just of good an asset.
