I also get the following when I think about it...

  • Exploration that would not have otherwise happened
  • A name that will probably generate some excitement for new investors
  • **No dilution to my RRS shares**
  • Risk sharing and
  • Hopefully millions in cash or shares of a HOT nickel company or 51% of it. 

I guess we'll see soon see what the market thinks about it. Cheers!
