EVNI update

EVNI updateI posted following on ceo, my normal posting site. Bodes well for RRS since we own a truck
oad of EVNI share due to transferring ownership of Langmuir to them.

reached out to CEO Sean re “special meeting” part of AGM - reply: nothing included.
BUT on 17th, Sean shared this tidbit, “Update on EVNi— the Final Prospectus was filed a couple hours ago so, we are running downhill at this point, should close and start trading next week. Specifics TBD but, the regulatory risk seems now to be behind us on that one.” Things looking POSITIVE.
