RE: Please explain this rise?The company did a financing last year with a group of NY investors. From my conversation the company has been trying to get rid of these investors for quite a while. Was told they did most of the selling earlier in the year....maybe they are finished.
I think they had about 20M shares (don't quote me on this)...they must be finished selling because from Late Jan to Mar a lot of shares were traded.
On my last communication with the company was told that the NY investors has about 2M shares left to sell...and the German market maker is starting to but shares to sell to German investors.
