RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Insider SellinghOW ABOUT THIS?
If you want to make sure management of any of the companies you own plays fair and acts in a productive competent fiduciarily responsible manner consider starting a list:

www.avestedinterest.org

The shareholders of UBS/Look Communications did.. they pooled resources, this last friday they placed a 30 Day Canada wide Ad in the National Post asking other interested shareholders to come join and pool resources and explore their options ... on monday (yesterday) the company backed off on its most recent egregious act (asking a court to grant them indeminity releases from being sued in exchange for giving shareholders THEIR monies).

Thats less than two business days to have an effect.

You now have an option ... in great enough numbers you can not only hold any management and BOD team accountable. you can replace them.

The site charges a $7.30 fee and allows members to donate to an ad pool.. thena ds are placed.. while the ads are running all fees from mebers joining that list while the ad is running go to the ad donors untilt he monies are refunded or the ad expires..

In theory you can build an army.. with the same ad funds simply re-used over and over again.

The site is a product of trying to hold a management team accountable once before and failing miserably at it..

Now retail level investors have a way to stand up and be heard. Take advantage of it.. if you hold shares in a company(s) that you feel needs to hear from the silent majority come join the site.

Its a work in progress.. we're updating it continuously.. and we'll adjust with the industry as it tries to avoid being held accountable..

I'm not posting this in response to this particular company.. I haven't done enough DD on it to judge either way whether its a candidate.. thats for shareholders to decide.. Its avaialbe for any company you are a shareholder of.

This process is open to all of you.. touts, bashers.. average Janes and Joes.. if you are a shareholder of any company you now have a tool at your disposal that will make management and the directors of any company listen to your concerns. That feeling of helplessness when shenaigans become public is a thing fo the past!

Take Care!
