ROYAL SAPPHIRE ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CFO AND DIRECTOR AND CANCELLATION OF $1,500,000 FINANCING

Royal Sapphire Corp.'s chief financial officer and director, Anthony Jackson, has resigned from the board of directors and as the CFO, effective immediately.

The company would like to thank Mr. Jackson for his guidance and support, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The company would also like to announce that it has decided not to proceed with the previously announced private placement financing for $1.5-million, which was announced on Nov. 21, 2017.
