RE:RE:RE:NLRCF owns 20% of Medicine Springs

Before that happens Reyna is going to or should step in and buy NLR in an all stock transaction 1 RSL for 5 NLR shares. Then the assets would be divided where Medicine Springs property would go to R. Silver and the Secret Pass gold property to R. Gold.
