Wow, that's a tall order and very difficult to answer.  The share price is always more difficult to estimate than market value (for sale to the highest bidder).

Let me put it this way.  Over many decades of watching, I've seen a few large-scale projects (undeveloped) sell for 1-5 percent of the in situ value of the ore.
