RE:Everything happens as planned/scheduled- I don't see the correlation between the two??
1) with the 75 million acb now has 160 million so they had the money anyways.

 2) the only reason I could see them not wanting to announce before the closure would be if the news  from the trials is negative ( I fully believe it'll be a positive news release)
