Company with 3 mill in revenues. Paying 
-Oakhill financial 8000.00 per month Nov /2022
-Red cloud Securities 5000.00 per month Nov /2022
-Simone Capital 5000.00 per month Jan /2022 
-Independent Trading group 5000.00 per month Aug /2022.

And Share price just keeps falling ,No acquisitions ,Layoffs in Usa Rv manufacturing industry, No relief in site for interest rates,Looming recession. Debt leveraged Real estate play in leisure and travel industry 
= .01 in my books I'm selling and maybe comeback In at .01 and hope for a takeover by larger group in related industry .
