RE:Revelo and Austral sign letter of agreement I've read the letter of intent and it's a lot of double speak. The companies mentioned as purchasing the copper assets both seem VERY shady. Something fishy going on! If you search both companies they are dubious. Also, both Austral and Revelo co now trading pretty much on par, so no upside to Merger.
.... anyone else seeing lack of benefit for shareholders? Oh management does, but shareholders?
