I am not quite certain that this will be true. I just visited Sedar and this is a SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS which may or may not include the AGM. Looking at the financials, I have to be concerned about a roll back ... however despite the obvious, I have been a very small buyer at 2.5 cents ... Good luck to all the longs!! Any other comments??

They sold loro for 15 million and the marketcap is only 5 million thats how i know its undervalued

Yes, there is an option and if they exercise the option then there is a payment of $13 US which was announced in June 2017 however IF THE OPTION IS EXERCISED, likely 5 years in the future, then yes, they would get the $15M.
