The Special Meeting of Shareholders is May 1, 2018 per Sedar
however, I have not seen announcement from the company. Maybe we will get special insight into the company affairs ... The location is in Vancouver and record date is March 19, 2018.

I can prey for a buyout pretty please ... however, realistically a roll back and I would get creamed (again). I am thinking a back to back financing would be announced at the same time however if this was the case, then why did we need financing by Rick Rule, the Shark? The best to be hoped for here is that the new financing is at the same pricing as those who got rolled back.

Hmm maybe not a consolidation. I figure they have about 2 million in cash and some good targets to explore. No need to roll back to finance at this point.

Yup lots of green to be made here bought million shares already and still adding companies are willing to pay up to 20 million for each property
