What gives?

A new notice of AGM filed July 2, 2019 that the meeting type is now an AGM whereas the previous notice filed on June 7, 2019, the meeting was both an AGM and a Special Meeting ... MEETING DATE OF AUG 15,2019 UNCHANGED.

Hum, a planned change of direction in the company has now changed with gold outlook improvement?
