RYU Apparel - Growth through inventory reinvestment strategy

RYU Apparel - Growth through inventory reinvestment strategyBelow is a highlevel analysis of growth through inventory reinvestment based on the recent financing. RYU Apprel has disclosed that it will invest $ 1,500,000 directly towards inventory for this upcoming quarter.

Operating Assumptions:
Company maintains a Gross Margin of 45%
Company maintains Expenses at 75%
Company plans to reinvest Starting Inventory plus 100% of Net Margin into New Inventory
Company sells out of Starting Inventory within each quarter

Share Price / Equity / Market Assumptions:
Based on dilution at 300,000,000 shares outstanding
Based on a market muliplier of 15X

Minor % changes to Expenses, Gross Margin affect the overall profitability of the business substantially. Please keep in mind this is just bull$hit analysis done by an idiot (myself). Do not use it to make investment decisions. I'm just showing that this strategy works.
