At these oil prices they make approx 200million in revenue with approx 55million in free cash flow. It's just the market figuring out the revaluation. 

If oil can average 115$ for the year , this is a 10$ stock. Them being unhedged , the higher oil goes the more insane their cash flows and re rating will be. 

With high debt load currently and high Op costs, should oil crash back down to <80, this name is in for hard landing. 

With the world being somewhere in the range of 3-5MMbbl/day short , I don't see the price of oil going down any time soon though...



pretty much the same story for any oil stock.. just haven't seen one shoot up like this without news..
