RE: I SoldYes, I was a little overallocated in at about .58 with about 6% of my canadian portfolio. Still up over 100% on the entire portfolio in the last 10 months after selling this at a loss. I expect that the remainder from this sale will be at a plus 20% above original investment by this fall. I don't have that level of confidence left in this play so I am redeploying my capital into other under-valued assets available. I agree SA has good property and good people, but they seem to have an increasing number of hurdles before they can get out of the gate. Anyway, I do hope your new purchase does well for you!
