Problem is - the price will be nowhere near what we had hoped for (I think, optimistically, it will fall in the .90 to 1.25 range).  And the lowly retail shareholder will be powerless to do anything about it.  Granted, people like Mr. Proust won't like it much either, but they have oodles of dirt cheap shares. 
So they'll come out of the sewer smelling rosy, unlike us.

Think about it - we are nicely cashed up at the moment, but we're burning through it rapidly and this time next year will be a sad situation if SA is still trading below a buck.  No more cash and drill holes all over the place.  It's not like Haywood or Canaccord will rush to give SA another 15 mil...

Clock is definitely ticking loudly.  :(
