fwiw, although rude for sure, I really think Hogwasher's brand of truth would be offensive to everyone here, even if it was presented sans insults. Just because he lacks etiquette, it doesn't mean his perspective should be ignored.
Many months ago, I recall a poster here by the name of "paidmydues" who was clearly a sharp fellow and had significant experience in this game. He wrote similar things to Hogwasher, only without attacking anyone. He knew last summer that Selodong was a longshot, in spite of Moriarity's cubing the hole BS.
He kept it simple and he backed up his POV with common sense. Nobody wanted to listen to him either.
Put me in the camp of those who say the COW(s) will do very little.
