hey stryker,

fwiw, regarding buying back cheap shares, I emailed Bob V about that very topic on Aug 08.

I asked if it was ever considered, and he flat out said... no.

They are convinced the CN deal will make them a "faster" return.

Good for them, but I think prudent management should consider all options while sitting on cash waiting for the gov't.  I just shook my head in amazement.  Maybe buying back shares wasn't the right move, but it DEFINITELY should have been considered.  imho
