RE: RE: RE: Managing ExpectationsMuff,
I think what Kevin is trying to do is to make sure that you don't get too excited. It is true that we have to be careful.
Until a whole lot more drilling is carried out, there is but limited value for now. Of course, if someone wants to pick up a property or do a JV, then some value will be realized immediately.
What makes me feel a whole lot better is that I understand that the recent moves that have been made were not justified without the knowledge of a worthy resource.
Purchasing the base camp land, finalizing with Indotan are two events that spoke volumes for me. You don't invest and spend that time doing these things if you are not sure that you have a very viable resource on the properties. I am pretty sure now that we do have the goods, and a lot of the recent activity has made me a bit more confident that we will indeed be able to find suitors to either pick up one or more properties and/or do a JV with one or more of the properties. How long will it take? I imagine that if JP was of the opinion that it would be a long way to go still he wouldn't have put so many of the pieces into place right at this moment.
The other thing is that he repeated states that he will NOT do another financing and continues to be very adamant about that. This also speaks to me in a good way. Knowing that we only have 1M cash or so to play with makies me wonder what he has already lined up that makes him so adamant about not needing another financing.
We'll most certainly know a whole lot more as soon as the IUP and the final Perda signature come in.
In a long time, I haven't felt so confident about this one as I am now. I still think though that unless there is a deal coming soon that will open this up, JP will have to make sure that a whole lot more people are watching this play in the coming months as the final moves unfold. You can't sell your shares if there isn't anyone to buy them, no? I am hoping that....as some say....there are people on the sidelines waiting to get in...
