RE: RE: ot-ot-ot- ecuador.LOL..............Alberto. Where the heck were you hanging out???
When I visit NY, I don't go have a beer in the Bronx.
The DOFA website is not quite unbiased, so it serves no purpose for me.
I once saw not too long ago, an Australian gov't 't site..............that stated that Canada should be a place to avoid because there were earthquakes..............lol.
I take all that is written with a grain of salt and prefer to listen to those people who have experienced a country for several years. There is good and there is bad everywhere. It is a required attitude to wish to accept and embrace the differences and see them as an enriching experience. If you try to change people in their homeland, you will always encounter resistance. That's the secret to being accepted anywhere. I learned that a long time ago from living in various countries in Europe.
If you ever come to Montreal, stay away from St. Henri and Pointe St Charles as well as the far East end of St. Catherines Street........
In L.A., I wouldn't take the Gangland Bus Tour even if they gave me a bulletproof vest.
As for Ecuador, I certainly know that I shouldn't walk around Guayaquil after 10pm with a digital camera around my neck ,wearing colorful bermuda shorts singing " God Bless America" and expressing a "hey, WAZZZZZUP!!" to everyone I meet on the street.
Sorry for the OT, guys...............back to SA. Where is that final PERDA signature, eh????
cheers,
vwig.
