RE: RE: SA/Indotan in the news againMost likely an event like that will be used for a photo opp or something by the governor.  If it is indeed signed and it has not yet been announced, that is the only reason I can think of.

Much like with CSI where President Lula is supposed to personally present them with the mining permit on May 6th or 7th.

Politicians love photo opportunities, yes?
