Timing...Harry

Timing...HarryHarryDJ,

I wouldn't be so quick as to call anything insider information.  We are currently getting more information on our own by contacting people in Indonesia than what the company is willing to share with us.
Since March at the PDAC we have seen nothing from the company, and we all know that there is a lot going on in the background.  A lot of us have a substantial stake in the company and will go to any length to find out what is holding up the process, and sometimes you manage to get a bit of info off the ground where the action is taking place. There is always someone involved who is willing to share some info.  If it is after a public meeting and the knowledge is available in Indonesia, then I wouldn't necessarily call it insider info.  If certain things have been handled over there and on this side of the ocean we refuse to publish them for the fear of making a mistake that could be costly in the realm of political correctness, then it goes without saying that these same things might make it to our ears in other ways before the public announcements on this side of the ocean will see the light of day.

We are in a time frame that will make or break SA right now and I am personally very tired as are many others, of waiting for all this administrative crap to be finalized. I am not the only one who is trying to get info straight from Indonesia for lack of having the company tell us anything in the last three very stressful months. I'm sure they have their reasons, but I am also sure that our reasons for wanting info are just as valid. It is common that shareholders will seek to be informed in any way possible.

Without a word from the company in times when it may seem a good idea to at least let the shareholders know that there is indeed a delay and what it may consist of, some will tend to go elsewhere for the info and once in a while manage to extract something of value for their position.  Is it insider information if it could be easily found from sources   where the legality of the information is not in question? Perhaps, perhaps not. I am not a legal beagle, so I don't know.

Perhaps someone did just what I described above, who knows?

With that thought, I'll give the benefit of the doubt to the poster.

cheers,

VWIG
