RE: RE: cash from jv/sale of which property??Muff,  that dividend was based on a special circumstance due to the sale of a subsidiary.  The one example that you find does not mean that they will ever pay another out.  My understanding of your post was that you were thinking along the lines that juniors would pay regular and repeated dividends, and this is not the case, thus I maintain my position. 

My line of thought was also based on regular and repeated dividends, and you knew that.

Dividends for special occurrences or transactions may well be paid out although you and I both know they are very very rare in this junior sector.
