I think the time has come to set the record straight here, and I apologize for having to do it, but this nonsense cannot continue to be entertained on this board. I would like to participate on this board, but find that I must first take care of one issue.

I opted out of this board last September for reasons we all know by now.Since then, not much has changed and one individual has continuously tried to bait me in more ways than one, indicating many times over that I somehow had sent him an e-mail that was horrid and terribly insulting, as well as downright nasty. He kept asking for an apology and did so for months and months on end, all the while trying to make people believe that somehow he was a victim of some terrible crime.I declined to entertain this issue, and for several reasons, one of which was noble as it was in an effort to not humiliate the person in question. After all these months, this person is still in the frame of mind that I somehow did something wrong here, and continues to take potshots on a regular basis.The time has come to defend my actions and my words…..as I realize that until such time as the so-called “horrible e-mail” is made public, this continuous goading will not stop.

Having said that, I have posted hereunder for all to see the e-mail in question in its entirety. As well, I have added a request from facebook , from the person in question which was sent to me nearly one hour after my e-mail to him.

I wish to participate in this forum, but cannot do so unless the record is set straight, and if a majority of you here feel I was somehow at fault, an apology will follow. I did not post this before, because my sense of decency did not allow me to do so, knowing that the truth was perhaps not so favourable to the person in question.That said, the truth is always what they say will “set you free”, yes?

Even by taking the high road and abstaining from comment on the pubic board for more than 5 months, I was continuously jabbed and this has to come to an end. My comments of a few weeks ago included that if the jabbing did not stop, I would post the e-mail in question and set the record straight and thus by doing so, I will have been true to my word.I hope that you all will agree that the idea of it being anything else than defensive is preposterous. If you do not agree, then please say so.

Should the person in question wish to, as by his own admission, take this to a different level, then by all means, I will not step back anymore in silence but will from now on defend my actions as well as my words in any way necessary.

I hope that this action will set the record straight and that the person in question will realize that there is no further place for this continued nonsense, and with this action, I sincerely hope that this person will now finally understand that sometimes you have to be careful what you wish for.

Mr. XXXXXXX,
I hope you will read what I am telling you with great care and digest its content with as much care before you think of answering it or acting upon it. The posting on the board of my private information with the link to the expat forum was the last straw and it stops here. I hold you responsible for what Mufflips, Muffdiver and any other Muff-related character says on the public board.
I believe them all to be you, and if they are not you, I have not yet seen you mention to them that they are getting out of line, because you seem to love the attention.
If they are not you then why would you be so stupid as to let anyone try to compare you with Jesus? That in itself tells me that they are you. Anyone would post something like that on a board about me, I would immediately tell them to tone it down and to stop the nonsense. You didn’t and thus they are you.
One would think that your “Conversations with God” should tell you what is right and wrong. Now, a while back you asked me not to mention your name on the private board. Since that request I have not made a mention of your name nor do I feel the need to. Yet on the public board, I see my name being mentioned continuously. Having said that, here is what I need to see happen.
You need to stop this nonsense and make it so that your aliases stop their nonsense as well. If you believe that anything good can come of posting my private information or anything that has to do with my private life such as where I am going to live or what I am looking to do with my life going forward, then I strongly urge you to try to understand how some key people that are instrumental in your receiving a paycheck on a regular basis may view your contributions if they were to know that instead of working you are spending time posting on public bullboards and making a fool of yourself in the process.
I am going to take corrective action if I see any of the following occur:
-If you mention my name on the public board…
-If any of your aliases make a mention of me on the public board…
-If you send me any further messages through facebook or any other social network…

I hope that this clearly indicates to what point I want you to stay away from me. I want absolutely nothing to do with you and I do not know how else to make this clear to you.
You have now stepped over a line and it is time to stop the nonsense once and for all. We have never been nor will we ever be pals.
