SA can also look at the existing epithermals and talk to our Qatari partners, and say if the compliance report comes in between 600K-1M oz, decide to mine now.  Depending on the structure of the deal, this could end up giving SA, over time, perhaps 2.00-4.00/share of value (strictly a wild guess) in today's environment and probably not right away but only as the gold is coming out of the ground.

600k - 1M oz are you basing that on Pelangan and Bising only?
Your numbers are probably the best guestimate available for the two targets.

I am still puzzled about Tibu Serai. Why aren't they including it in the first compliant report?
The company is still promoting the "best surface channel results todate".
They have drilled shallow holes. Surely the geologists have an indication whether drill cores correspond with surface rocks or not.
Do we assume that there is no continuity below surface based on company communications or maybe I should say - based on reading between the lines of company communications.

I sure would love to see a compliant report with 1M oz plus vs 600,000 oz. The market may actually take notice if it is 1M oz plus.

thanks for the post.

Personally I think there is a game plan. Strongly influenced by the Qataris.  This goes back to the strategic review done in December.

As I recall JP and Mike before the December meeting were ready  to drill baby drill.

I haven't got no idea how this is going to play out.

cheers
