listened to the webcastHope they got the message from the "disinterested voters" (yes, JP used those words) who decided that repricing options after such a dismal performance and little to no communications for so long was the proper message to send. Fortunately, they were still interested enough to realize that they need not reward management for not delivering value, 70% + still have sufficient interest to make sure that would not happen.
On the deal made, well, not holding my breath, having witnessed many other deals that they made in the past that ended up being pretty useless. I am sure many can remember which deals they were. We will see what happens with this one. No expectations based on the multiple failures this operator has managed to rack up in so many different attempts.
