Average global temperature is currently 1 degree warmer than the Medieval Warm Period, and 1.5 degrees warmer than the Little Ice Age.

Doesn't sound like a lot, but the average global temperature variation during the entire Little Ice Age was .25 degrees below the historical average. We're 1.75 degrees above the historical average.

Historically speaking, the planet hasn't been this warm on average in the last 2000 years, and thats a variation thats only actually occured in the last 15-20 years.

The impacts are already easily seen and well documented. Whether you want to believe its a trend, an anomoly, man made or part of a cycle, thats up to you but also up to those who deny it is happening to refute the data showing its happening.
