Just so your not all confused the stock is down a bit because the whole market is down over the last few week. DUH!!!

Yeah, that shows a not very good understanding of how the markets work.

Speculative stocks don't necessarily move with the overall markets, particularily when a spinoff is involved. When there is an upcoming spinoff, on the record date for ownership, the price tends to be the combined perceived value of the spinoff plus the company doing the spinoff.

So if you have a 1 for 4 spinoff taking place, and the price is $4 on the record date, its because the market believes the value is $3 for the main company, $1 for the spinoff.

With non producing assets that don't even have a completed Feasibility Study, it's going to be even more speculative, so more fluctuation.

Given the current price, almost no value is being given to the spinoff company beyond a pure speculative play, and listing on the CSE for the spinoff just gives it even more perceived risk, so its no surprising stock is being dumped as people who aren't long are taking profits in a down market.
