If it cost 3.50$ per barrel x 700M barrels = 2.4B To store undergrou d and if its 5 To 6 time cheaper to store underground, I'm thinking that our upper limit value could be the delta between above ground storage and the capex for underground storage? Well Muskrat falls is 824 MW development and is about to come on line fully soon. NS has rights for 20%.. So there is almost 660 MW available from there. There is some recall power NL sells through quebec that could be diverted (i am unsure but think like 80MW is to be sent to the Island).
