Triple Point

Anyone have any idea what is happening with regards to the Triple Point shares being priced and available to be traded? What exactly is the hold up?

I've been asking the same question with no answer. This is unheard of and so much so that I think it held up on purpose. I can't suggest a reason for hold up but it seems to be on purpose.
