I'm pleased to meet you. And thank you for reaching out and for showing interest in specific aspects of our company offerings. After reading your email from today, I went back to find your previous email and I'm glad I did. Because our shareholders are very important to us, so it's a pleasure to hear from you...as we like our shareholders to know what we are doing to make for a better World and in turn, to make Sparta a better company. That said, as I'm sure you can well imagine, it is not proper for me to share information one-on-one, as we need to share it in a public forum. As you may or may not be aware, we intentionally assembled Sparta with the diversity that you've been able to see from reading about us. This was to provide stability for the shareholders, through a strong base, while delivering many synergies between the divisions (i.e. where 1 + 1 equals something far greater than 2). As a result, we have plenty going on across our divisions, especially now. And that means that we are also working on many news stories across the divisions that we're expecting will garner significant media coverage and not just news releases for the sake of filling the news wire service. Our Environmental focus has always been there and will continue to be at our core, and plenty of growth is happening in that arena. But right now, we have also been very focused on delivering "at work" solutions for COVID-19 to help improve our customers' efficiency, by keeping their employees working; minimizing delays related to the many laboratory testing protocols that are presently causing bottle-necks. And thus why we were pleased to learn that the point-of-use rapid tests that were previously announced and included in our program were finally approved by Health Canada. But the point-of-use rapid tests make up only one (albeit important) component of our programs. Our COVID-19 safety programs have been assembled with a number of other key components, such as; providing long-term antimicrobial protection for virtually all workplace surfaces; the ability to provide app based ACHU@work technology to monitor the health of the individual workers via a wearable (such as a Fitbit® or Apple Watch®); continuous pathogen protection provided through the production and application of HOCl technology; and in the case of our TruckSuite™ division, to integrate everything with our exclusive TreeFrog™ technology so as to deliver the exclusive combination of "Health of the driver along with Health of the vehicle". And our intent is to deliver wide-spread demonstration of our programs so that the complete systems can be deployed in a number of significant market verticals, thus helping many companies improve their workplace efficiencies during these unprecedented times. So, while the point-of-use rapid tests were an important component that was causing us significant stress, they are just one piece that has now freed a critical log jam that will properly allow us to open up our COVID-19 related programs. Over the next short while we are expecting that our shareholders, and the market-at-large, will see plenty of main-stream news articles about Sparta - as we have plenty of exciting stories to share and a strong communications team to help deliver them. In the meantime, our businesses will continue to percolate, independent of the public markets, finding new opportunities and new revenue streams that will be reflected in our filings. Therefore, please don't be concerned about the future. We are a real company, generating real revenues, employing real people and making headway in some of the most exciting up and coming markets. And we have only just begun. The seeds we've planted over the past 5 years have begun to sprout and we're looking for each of our divisions to grow; while making a difference in this World for future generations. And as the news is ready to be shared from each of the divisions, it certainly will be.
