Does this Co. Have a CEO and directors? Why are they paying a subsidurary of Sebastian Centner $52k US for advice? No wonder the guys net worth is 18 million. I bet you know what my advice is.

Seems strange they would cover a 52.000 invoice with shares unless they are that desperate for cash.
