Dude,  True to make a health claim and market your drug via the FDA or HPB can be done without approvals.  But, in the case of medically active compounds ( skin whiteners ) you will need to support any claims.   Cold FX is a classic example.   Okay maybe 7 years is a year heavy....but seriously, research takes time....just look it up online....don't take my word for it.    SBM also has work in the cancer area...but you will be waiting for anything to happen that s just biotech...the risk is to great for someone to take their SGLT and get it approved...rats and chimps....?  + 5-7 years....and that path is risky !    Keep grooming with the others.
