I'll ask.  In my experience, asking is a good way to get answers.  ;)

 

I think it is a feather in Sirona's cap to have closed the first tranch.  This market is not exactly generous to microcaps with no cash.  Now that the share price has drifted well below the PP price, it would take some seriously good news to generate interest in the second tranch.  I was considering it a few weeks ago, but I have enough now, and I want to keep some cash handy.
