RE:RE:Reflections

RE:RE:ReflectionsI doubt the exchange would make any difference. Why would us being on a US exchange make things any different? If that is all we have we are really grasping for straws.

That being said, I am not really sure what the issues are. I think the biggest issue is the perception that we announced a financing and couldn't get it completed. I dont know what the reasons are but it might make other investors wonder. Presumably management thought they would be able to fill the financing at $0.16 and I am sure they had particular investors in mind.

Therefore, the perception could be that these investors took a closer look and decided not to proceed. Why?  Who knows but the fact is they didn't proceed. It could be for a number of reasons, ie. maybe they didn't have the money. But it could be a perception that they looked closely into the company and decided not to invest.

Our share price was doing fine until the PP fell through. We were comfortably at $0.17 and $0.18 before. So that is the big event that has affected the share price.

What gets us going again??? That is the real question. I am not sure. I certainly dont think a grant from the French government will be enough. Maybe the next financials we have a huge increase in revenue. Will have to wait and see.
