-invester update with Q3 target remained and RX OTC splitting mentioned.
-insider stock option exercises
Is it possibe to see from any source whether BoD still hold their shares or cashed out?
For me it is still a question mark, if the deal is so close why pps culd not break 0.20 wall? We are getting overly optmistic updates from the management but there is nothing real yet. Many including me are here more than years waiting a deal is imminent stuff.
Management should buy big chunks from the open market at least to show some confidence. With many promises and only exercising options for whatever reason is not the best way of getting trust.
TBH I got tired trying to get a hint from all these updates, options exercises, promotions etc.
