If blackout was an issue before, then why it is not an issue now? What is the difference, insider uses his own knowledge and buys shares. Be careful about this PP, deal might be further than expected if blackout rules still apply to PP.
If PP is oversubscribed then why for 0.15 and not for 0.20 for example?
I am holding shares for 3 years, others even more, why I do not have the chance to be part of this PP and get some warrants as a gift? Why it was not announced?
You can say that ceo bought 1M shares and you should take this as a + sign, but why there was no favor at all for loyal shareholders? I understand that the bigger the contribution you get some bonuses but why ordinary shareholders are not getting anything except videos? Why we never had a conference call for example? I have more interesting questions than the German guy and will ask them for free for all shareholders. Why we never got clearly informed about the status of the assets? What partners did ask for, what did they provide? Are they calling any company that they got an e-mail as a partner? Why Sglt2 india wanted to do further dd? On what exactly? What is missing? What are the exact lab requirements for keloid and anti aging to be ready for sale? How long it should take (x3 time yourself to find exact time)?
I am not even sure if these guys are aware that answering these questions is important. Partner gave apologies for the dealy, Ok what is your action plan? Another video? What happened to other partner? Is there really a second partner interested? Or they just got a business card from a random guy and call them a partner?
To believe that deal is near and future is clear, these points needs to be answered properly. If not then they probably will say in 2 months time that "partner's CEO's mama is sick and we have to delay and he gave his apologies."
Even bankrupt companies come up with postive news in a year. Did Sirona achieve anything in 3 years, honestly name the last real achievement.
