Exactly that is the point. His investment to the company that he is the CEO of, is red as most of us are. Really good decision making capabilities.
I cared a lot about these details and updates etc previously, at the end what only makes sense is the share price. If the insider investment of 1M does not move the PPS right before of an expected deal, there is a big issues then. No one trusts what they say or do, they have been proven to be wrong multiple times. Except the deal NR nothing will move this. And even then I am afraid the spike could be limited as I do not belive the 90M upfront.
