Is it only because of conflicting commitment, I am not that sure. This is the 2nd leave recently, considering Attila 3rd. These people came together to make money and now are leaving for whatever reason. Sirona is not their priority anymore, they have better options. Is this a confidence sign? Do you think these guys would be leaving if they were convinced about the potential? Why they are not prefering to quit other tasks? A very long deal delay is never a good sign. It means partner does not prioretize it. Then at any point they can say no as well. If not misleading, Hv is illusioned about the potential and time frames. He is not able create alternatives. Good assets do not delay for a deal. Do you think cure to cancer will take 3 years to find a partner? We have similar market size and similar superiority claims. Do you believe partner is giving the chance of billions just because time zones and some people left? Who knows why Hv bought shares now, may be he was threatened to be fired and he had to increase his position to vote for himself.
