RE:RE:Where does it say that partners/term sheets in play?
Considering the market reaction, obviously I am not the only one having this reading impairment. I am not saying you are wrong, this can be true. But from the update it is not clear whether one can expect a deal still (even if they did not mention a cash flow in the AGM) or it is dead for what ever reason which also needs to be explained.
Simple question, what happened? Why we need to read between the lines again, special jargon for lawyers etc. They can simply say "as the partrner could not move forward in the given deadline, in parallel we decided to move on while keeping the negotions going on." Do we still have a partner or not? Even this info is not there and you are again trying to interpret words. Come on it is not that diffcult to tell the truth.
And I belive this was done intentionally. Still to leave room for pump. I am afraid nobody trusts anymore to their forward looking statements.
