RE:managementThis management team is LONG overdue for a change. The CEO appears to lack self awareness to recognize that this venture left him and his current crew behind years ago. It needs a new dedicated group to take it to the next level now more than ever. They are the laughing stock of the local biotech community. Geraldine has got to be going bananas with the incompetence. The problem is we have a CEO with a large position in the company (personal and very likely a large group of nominees) who is suffering from founderitis and will not give up the reigns for the best interest of the company and, more importantly, the shareholders. The best thing that could happen right now to improve the direction and shareholder value is replace this management!!
