RE:Waiting for ink to dry?Its a miracle the guy has survived this long and he states he is happy how things are going. In any corporation he would of been replaced years ago, as a failure in job performance. Bonuses need to be tied to share price or buy out, not rewarded for deals with a few crumbs or more financing, otherwise we get the situation we just witnessed. Stating your own milestones and then paying yourself a bonus if you get them is ludicrous in a public company. Corporate objectives need numbers and measured from the perspective of outside stakeholders. Not internal metrics.
