How does he do that? Does he contact SH and request a removal. How do they get removed without even being posted? Or are they actually posted for some period of time and then get removed? If so, why don't you quote them a couple of times -- or would they remove those as well?

Maybe you should number your posts and then when one is removed we can recognize what you are referring to.
