It wasn't a new low, just matched the previous low.

Looks like some idiot sold 1000 shares from Virtu, 500 at 12cents and 500 at 11cents. That person must have badly needed $100

Don't look so good today but it also hasn't for a lot of days.

I'm sure better days are coming soon.
