RE:GREAT NEWS!!!! ANOTHER 'PRIVATE' PLACEMENTSince Abbvie havn't launched a product yet, potentially triggering a milestone and of course royalty payments down the line, I think this private placement was impossible to avoid. I saw this coming.

That said, in terms of capital it's actually conservative. Not sure about the current burn-rate, they have taken Atheln on board which makes it hard to estimate.

My guess is that the money the raise will last for about four months, not more than five. During this period of time Abbvie will most likely launch.

I think that the warrants is too low priced though. They should have asked for at least 25 cents instead of 15 and 40 to 50 cents instead of 25 to signal confidence.
